What is it?


A door-to-door wheelchair accessible transport service for individuals and families living in East Hull, that find public transport provision difficult to use or access.

The service will operate daily between the hours of  08.00 and 18.00 on weekdays. Please note you are booking a ride and not a vehicle therefore your journey may not always be by the most direct route and you may be expected to share the vehicle with other users going in your direction.

What can’t you use it for?

Animals (except guide dogs)        Moving goods other than a reasonable amount of shopping
Moving unaccompanied children.

How do you use it?

Register, as the scheme is only open to registered members (Registration is free)
A ride can be booked up to 30 days in advance between the hours of 09.00 to 1300.
It is essential to book by 13.00 on the day before travel and by 13.00 on a Friday for travel on Mondays as journeys for the following working day after this time will not be accepted. Clients should book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How much will it cost?

£8.00 per adult per return journey anywhere within the City Boundary.
Journeys outside of Hull can be arranged and will be individually priced based on mileage.
An escort that is required to enable a disabled person to travel pays £4 per return journey.
Children under the age of 16 will travel at concession rates.
Holders of a Hull City Council Concession Pass will only be required to pay £4 per return journey.
We can carry out single journeys but make no reduction in the above prices.
