H2H is a new concept in public transport!
This East Hull Service will pick you up from your door or convenient pick up point.
It takes and returns you to Hull Royal Infirmary, Castle Hill or Princess Royal Hospital
The service is open to all therefore family and friends can travel with you for appointments or visits.
The service is not designed to replace ambulance transport arranged by the hospital but all the vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
How do I register and book?
Ring 01482 719604 between the hours of 09:00 and 13:00, Monday to Friday
To register onto the scheme is easy just telephone with a few brief details to book your journey. (Registration is paper free!)
Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance
You must book on or before the last working day prior to travel before 13:00.
What happens next?
A vehicle will pick you up from your home and transport you to your chosen hospital
The first pick up on each journey to hospital is on the even hour:-
08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, and the last pick 16:00
It will drop you off and pick you up at the hospital as close as we can get to where your appointment or visit is.
The vehicle will depart Castle Hill and Hull Royal Infirmary on the odd hours to return to East Hull. It therefore departs at:-
09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, and the last vehicle leaves at 17:00.
How much will it cost?
Registration on the scheme is a one off payment of £1 and will be collected on your first journey
Clients with a Hull City Council Concession Travel Pass pay £4 for a return journey.
A return journey for all others users costs £8 and is payable to the driver.
We can carry out single journeys but make no reduction in the above prices
This service is partnership working between East Hull Community Transport and Hull City Council.
